God-Willow Sapling

The God-Willow was an ancient and sacred tree of Ionia, revered as a nexus where the natural world and the spirit realm met. That warrior became Ivern, transformed from a killer into a gentle friend of the forest, and the event is inseparable from his story. The tree's power did not vanish when it fell. From the ruined God-Willow, saplings continued to sprout across Ionia, each carrying a fragment of its enormous spiritual power. These saplings are deeply magical in their own right, able to accelerate growth and pour vitality back into the land around them.
