Targon Prime

Targon Prime is a city of the Celestial Realm, a plane that lies beyond Runeterra itself. Wrought from gold and silver, it is a brilliant city and the dwelling place of the Aspects, the celestial beings who make their home there. Though it stands apart from the mortal world, Targon Prime is bound to Runeterra through Mount Targon, the peak to which its Aspects descend. Roughly once in a generation, an Aspect leaves the city and comes down to the mountain, where it seeks out a mortal it judges worthy and grants that person a share of its power. Through this descent, the might of the celestial realm passes into the hands of chosen mortals below. As the seat of the Aspects, Targon Prime is tied to many champions connected to Targon, including Diana, Ezreal, Kayle, Leona, Morgana, Pantheon, Soraka, Taric, and Zoe. The city remains active in the present day, an enduring presence above the peak from which its Aspects walk into Runeterra.
