Thonx

Thonx is a settlement in Ionia, set in the Zhyun Highlands. It is counted among the region's noted settlements and remains active and inhabited. The settlement is built around a network of river caverns, and much of its daily life takes place within them. These waterways are lined with taverns and with the buildings of its fishermen, marking Thonx as a place shaped by its rivers, its catch, and the trade and rest that gather along the water. It is a community defined by its caverns as much as by the highland ground that surrounds it. Thonx is tied to a striking number of Ionia's champions. The settlement is connected to Akali, Jhin, Kayn, Shen, and Zed, an unusually dense web of associations that links this small Zhyun Highlands community to several figures whose stories run through the region.
