Luonn Kon

Luonn Kon are enormous spirit animals native to Ionia. Rather than resembling beasts of flesh, they carry the form of towering golems built of stone, and their scale sets them apart from most other spirits found in the region. Their disposition toward the people around them is generally kind. In some cases a Luonn Kon will lend its strength to nearby communities, helping them raise rough dams where water needs holding back. That willingness to work alongside Ionians marks them as a sapient spirit-kind rather than a wild force of the land. No language has been recorded for them, and they are not tied to any known champion. They remain part of Ionia's living spirit population, with no record of the species having been lost.
