Whisper

Whisper is the custom-built firearm carried by Khada Jhin, a hextech-augmented weapon and a masterwork of lethal artistry. It joins Ionian craftsmanship with hextech augmentation, drawing on the traditions of Ionia and the arcane engineering of Piltover, and it was built to Jhin's exact specifications, every part of its design bent toward his fixation on the number four. The weapon fires exactly four shots before it demands a slow, theatrical reload, a rhythm that mirrors its wielder's obsession. Each bullet is crafted by hand. To Jhin the gun is less a tool than a performance instrument, an extension of his conviction that death should be beautiful and that murder can be shaped into art. When Zed first came up against the rifle, he dismissed it as a weapon of foreign make, something outside the traditions he knew. By that point in his life Jhin was regarded both as an assassin and as an instrument of terror, and Whisper was the means through which he pursued that reputation. The weapon remains in his hands.
