Wooglet's Witchcap is a legendary magical headpiece, an enchanted cap counted among the artifacts of Runeterra rather than a weapon of war. Its reputed power is singular: worn upon the head, it is said to amplify the magic of whoever wears it enormously, multiplying a mage's natural ability many times over. The cap is attributed to the enigmatic sorcerer known only as Wooglet, a figure about whom little is reliably known.
